Day 3

Lindsey DenboComment

What started off as a relaxing day quickly became chaotic. We slept until 6am and then said goodbye to Matt. Bye Matt! We then spent the morning with the lovely Sandra.

Around 11am we headed over to Koldinghus, a castle in Kolding.

The queen's tower.

This room was pretty cool. The castle has seen its fair share of attacks and fires. This area was so damaged they decided to build around it instead of fixing it. It's called the Room of Ruins. It's hard to tell, but this room is huge. Huge!

After the castle we had lunch and then we made a mad dash to the train station. Almost missed the train.

We had a brief lay-over in Hamburg.

We then made another mad dash to the train station. We really need to plan better. Lol. Once we got there, it was insane. People everywhere.

Once we finally got into bed. We got the top bunk. Yay.
