I really liked the format I used last night, so we'll continue that here. I'll also include photos from both days here.
1. Amsterdam is more expensive than Germany.
2. Watch out for the bike lanes. Bikes will run you over, whether or not you have the right of way. So...I think I could take a bike if they tried, but, motorcycles are allowed in the bike lane too, and I don't think I can take one of them.
3. Lining up before the Anne Frank Museum opens, doesn't help much if you only get there 5 minutes before. You'll still wait for 2 hours before you enter.
4. Buying tickets for the Van Gogh museum online saves you money AND puts you in a faster line than those buying at the door.
5. Plan to get everywhere early. You never know when a Turkish parade will slow down your tram. But, defiantly eat their food while you're in the area.
6. Buy your Metro ticket in Paris at the maned desk, as you'll pay more for a direct ticket to your destination for some reason.
