So, yesterday we got confirmed for our one night in Switzerland. Our host doesn't seem like she's very easy to work with. Check in is between 1700 and 1800. Check out is 900. Seeing as though she's the only one in Switzerland that has actually responded, we'll take it. Now for the long, but pretty journey to Lucerne.

Once we entered Switzerland, our train was boarded by several immigration officials who quickly asked for the passports of every black male and took them off the train. then, the officials who were left, asked all the darker skinned passengers for their passports. Some of them were kicked off at the next stop. Not sure exactly what happened, but we're pretty sure we witnessed racism.
So far, the scenery is absolutely beautiful here, but the service, the food, and prices are horrible. We went for a swim. Didn't think I'd be swimming in a lake formed by snow melt in Switzerland, but there I was.
